LINE COOKS & PIZZA COOKS
Dopo Pizza + Pasta is looking for line cooks to join our opening team in Truckee! We’re not looking for just another warm body behind the line. We’re building a crew that loves the heat, respects the hustle, and gives a damn about great food.
What you’ll do:
– Sling pies & pasta with pride (don’t worry, we’ll sharpen your skills if you’re green)
– Keep your station tight, sharp, and clean — no chaos, no excuses
– Bring the energy. Kitchens run on rhythm, teamwork, and respect.
