Derived from the Italian word for "after," Dopo represents the perfect place to unwind and indulge in exceptional pizza, fresh pasta and craft cocktail creations once your day is done. While Coffeebar provides the fuel that propels you through your day, we are the neighborhood red sauce joint where you come to celebrate your wins or lick your wounds, as we like to say. 

CRAFTED IN THE KITCHEN

All of our dough is made from the famed ZeroZero flour from our regional flour experts at Central Milling. We ferment each batch of dough for a full 72 hours. By the time it hits your taste buds, it’s ready to go!

We do our best to support our local communities for as many products as we can to run this restaurant. It’s micro local sustainability and when we order from our local farmers it’s a win for them and a win for you.
