We’re looking for an AM Barista to open the day with warmth, precision, and a little flair — crafting espresso drinks, connecting with regulars, and setting the tone for everything that follows. What You’ll Do

• Open the coffee bar and prep for morning service

• Craft espresso drinks and teas with consistency and care

• Welcome guests and regulars with authentic, Italian-inspired hospitality

• Maintain a clean, organized station and communicate smoothly with the kitchen

• Support the team with morning setup and transition to lunch service

LINE COOKS & PIZZA COOKS

Dopo Pizza + Pasta is looking for line cooks to join our opening team in Truckee! We’re not looking for just another warm body behind the line. We’re building a crew that loves the heat, respects the hustle, and gives a damn about great food.

What you’ll do:

– Sling pies & pasta with pride (don’t worry, we’ll sharpen your skills if you’re green) – Keep your station tight, sharp, and clean — no chaos, no excuses – Bring the energy. Kitchens run on rhythm, teamwork, and respect.
