OUR STORY
Dopo is the unlikely wild child of Coffeebar founder Greg Buchheister. “Dopo” means “after” in Italian, so we created a place to end the day, whether you’re celebrating your wins or licking your wounds.
Dopo was birthed in August of 2021 after a short love affair with the restaurants first iteration, Food and Drink. Dopo evolved from take out pizza and savvy social media into the neighborhood red sauce joint that Reno didn’t know it needed. Not to mention it was Yelps #12 restaurant in the country in 2021 (yes out of all of them!).
At Dopo, the heart of our culinary offerings is our incredible pizza, made from scratch with love—an essential tenet of the Coffeebar Ethos. But pizza didn’t seem like enough and after a culinary vision, Buchheister realized that the missing ingredient was fresh pasta. Thus, Dopo Pizza & Pasta was born.
